I have vitamin B12 deficiency as well as high Uric acid. Kindly suggest what to eat to maintain both. Please help.

To get b12 vitamin wah all veggies & fruit nicely & consume with skin. To keep uric acid have veg protein source like dal, pulses thrice a week & if you are nonveg have egg, fish,chicken twice a week.
