I want to reduce my stomach I am weighing 83 KGS inspire of 40 minutes brisk walk, 20 minutes exercises and yoga. Morning I am taking 3glasses of hot water with honey, lemon, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. This is since a month but no reduce in weight. I ate all sweets and oily food which I can't control. No other habits, 57 years, male. Kindly advice.
