Of course you can do additional asanas according to your capacity and capabilities. Your bmi is normal and keep yourself always fit.

Hello doctor actually mai apne health or body ko fit and fine banana chahta hu kya aap bta sakte hai ki muje roj kese kese excercise karni chahiye but muje yoga bilkul bhi psand nhi hai kya bta sakte hai ek din kitni running or walking or kya khaya jaye.

Do brisk walk and run at least 5 to 6 km daily. Eat healthy diet. Avoid alcohol and fatty diet. Take sprouts daily. Surya namaskar is also best exercise for stay fit and healthy.

Hi when I do pranayama I get a sense of power arising from my stomach even if it is kundalini awakening i hope there is nothing wrong in it I hope I can continue doing pranayama naturally.

Do not try on "kundalini jagran" without experts guidance- I warn you. However normal and simple pranayam may be regulated. Please consult for further guidance.

I have a very busy schedule from morning till evening. I have my dinner around 7 pm so can I practice yoga after 4 hours i.e. Around 11 or 11: 30 pm?

If you are having dinner by 7 pm. Then you can go with the practice of normal, rhythmic breathing then after that deep breathing practice. Don't practice the asanas or any other practice under yoga.

Hi doctor from childhood I am seeing my parents fighting each other. From childhood I am having stress, depression. I started doing yoga but no relief. I am having family problem, I faced many difficulties in life. At the age of 14 my parents gets divorced. And no one takes my responsibility nor my father nor my mother or nor my relatives. After seeing this I think I am like a orphan child and then I went to hostel. But in hostel I didn't find any relief. After 1 years of ragging in hostel I run out of hostel. By doing work as a street child I have done my school and college. I have done meditation, yoga but nothings seems to work. At the end my friends gave me cigarettes and started smoking and then I can peace my mind. After cigarettes I start taking alcohol then drugs. But now I want to stop these things. But when I stop these things I remember about my past. How struggle I have done in my life. How my parents fight to each other, how I spent 1 years of ragging, how I ran out of hostel, how I work as a worker, now I don't have any family I am all alone. Nobody thinks or care about me. By struggling I have done my 12th in science, I have established my business and startup. Now there are 550 employees working in my company. But when I want to stop these bad habits I remember those past things and I became mad. I fell angry I punch on wall. My brains stop working when I see my past. I have lost many things in childhood where all children are playing in park with their parents I am working as a street worker washing plates, picking up bottles, work as a garbage collected. I see many parents are taking their child to big restaurant and I don't have a penny to eat. Now I have everything big car, big house big bank balance. But I don't have anyone I can tell they are my own. I have come to know both my father and mother have done another marriage and they are sounding a happy life. Doctor please help me to come out of this things.

Fir this I will suggest you to move on with life. Dear sometimes things don't go as oer we think. But we should be happy with all that we had. Be relax do yoga an meditation and forget past and leave bad habits tapering them slowly.

Hi lybrate-user, hope you r doing well pcos is a common problem now a days in ladies as due to our lifestyle and eating habits. Keep in mind before starting any thing you need to stay relax and stressless, do regular following yoga and drink lot of water. Before and after doing yoga you need to drink 1 full glass of water and if the weather is cool drink bit warm water. Some few yoga poses I will tell you can practice by your own early morning daily. Yoga- butterfly pose supta badhakonasana bhujangasan dhanurasan naukasan setu bandha sarvangasana chakki chalanasana bharadvajasana padma sadhana surya namaskara pranayam - yoni mudra nadi shodhana (alternatively inhale and exhale) bhramari kapaalbhati you need to practice daily, you will find a change and be confident don't gain your weight, if increased please loss it diet plan-- do's organic, high fibre food all the green vegetables, red vegetables olive oil, fruits, dry nuts and beans, lentils moderate/low spices. Do not's high spice, too much sugar junk food or processed food solid fats, excess red meat thanks.
