pcos is a common problem now a days in ladies as due to our lifestyle and eating habits.
Keep in mind before starting any thing you need to stay relax and stressless, do regular following yoga and drink lot of water. Before and after doing yoga you need to drink 1 full glass of water and if the weather is cool drink bit warm water.
Some few yoga poses I will tell you can practice by your own early morning daily.
Yoga- butterfly pose
setu bandha sarvangasana
pranayam - yoni mudra
nadi shodhana (alternatively inhale and exhale)
you need to practice daily, you will find a change and be confident

diet plan-- do's
organic, high fibre food
all the green vegetables, red vegetables
olive oil, fruits, dry nuts and beans, lentils
high spice, too much sugar junk food or processed food
solid fats, excess red meat
According to ayurveda minds internal and external activity is totally depend of vaata dosha and ayurveda sugest that yoga is work perfectly after detoxification of body. So you have to balance vaata dosha if you want to b concious without yoga.
