I am a 25 year old male and I have been under medical issues since last 3 months. I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure ,then to rule out any diseases did all the tests and the reports came out as normal. However I am still having uneasiness with my health. Symptoms include weakness, headache, constipation, nausea, excessive sweating while walking or doing any hard physical work, Dizziness ,skin irritations. Kindly suggest me the right path for treatment and diagnosis.
