I am having joint pains with mild fever when I was about 14. On my age of 21 doctor told me to check aso titre and I checked it found to be positive about 450. Now I am taking pentids 400. But I still having severe pain in my joints .Some times I take Naproxen without prescription and it hive temporary relief. But now the pain comes repeatedly I do not know what to do.

If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis.
