I have a problem of Heartburn. If I eat little bit of oily foods, heart start to burn and have difficult in respiration. Also if eat 2 poori aur paratha the problem occurs and some time chest pain also.

Your stomach has become sensitive due to modern diet. Till it improves, Eat a bland diet by reducing spices. Avoid fruit juice, aerated drinks. Stop sugar jaggery alcohol and strong tea / coffee till you are better. Increase whole foods like vegetables, nuts, eggs, fresh yog hurt. Keep soda bicarb powder with you. Occasionally take half a pinch dissolved in one cup water, it will give you immediate relief. Your stomach will recover its vitality, Don't injure it again by restarting sugar, alcohol, and restricted high glucose modern diet.
