My wife is 32 years and we have 3 year kid. She had thyroid of 4.60 in June 2018 and took thyroxine of 132.5 mg. She was not that much regular in taking thyroid. Today we got retest of thyroid and found TSH of 4.230. My wife is facing skin irritation on hand and leg. My question is whether 132.5 mg is over dose for TSH of 4.23?And is thyroid responsible for skin irritation?

Since it is a (hormonal imbalance - thyroid problem ), it needs regular monitoring and follow-up so that the dosage can be adjusted. You can always talk to the doctor and also speak about your concerns and doubts. You can also add Homeopathy for her as it is safe and gentle and removes the tendency and empowers the immune system. With a balanced approach towards health - proper diet that is a balanced diet with calorie count and a disciplined exercise routine, most of the problems mitigate. You can contact me for a detailed consultation for Homeopathic treatment.
