Hi sir I have done exposure on april 2017. With bar girl and her mother was hiv positive. Can she have hiv positive and after exposure I have done my blood test on february 2018. After 10 months my hiv report was negative. But I have cuts on my penis which are not going. And I am diabetic. Wat will be the reason. please tell me.
