I am 42 year old female. I am suffering from hypothyroidism since past two years resulting in weight gain esp my lower abdomen and thigh area. I workout for an hour everyday for 5/6 days a week but their is no weight loss happening. Can you please suggest me a daily diet routine that I should follow to aid my weight loss.
