Hi Sir, Choti choti baat ko lekar chidh jaata hu aur depressed hu. Bacho waali galati kr deta hu aur smjh nhi aata kaise ho gya. Feel depressed kuch bhi aacha nhi lagta. Kisi chij pe dhyaan nhi de paa rha kisi chiz ko smjhne me time lag raha. Der me smjh aa rha aur concentrate krne ki koshish kr rha hu toh lecturer ya kisi ke bhi baato ko peeche se bhulta jaata hu. Kabhi yaad aa jata hai to kabhi nahi smjh nahi aa raha. Aisa lagta hai sochne smjhne ki shakti kamjor ho gyi hai.
