I have back pain from last 5 year it happen only in morning I am thinking that it is because of tendon injury is that so is there any medicine to repair it fast How to heal it faster I heard about collagen does it really work.

Morning pains are usually a sign of few things like either your mattress is not right, either you are having a low vitamin d, bad posture at work and last lack of exercise with sedentary lifestyle. First chk out these parameters after that you can think of repair. Of ny tissue. Chk for vitamin d if it comes out low take weakly vitamin d dose. Do exercise properly, including calf stretchs ,knee to chest, hams stretch ,bridging etc.
