Dear Doctors, I am suffering from bloating and frequent constipation every 2 or 3 days I get constipation and bloating is almost everyday due yo which gas is always high and headache. It's been like this for more than a year. I work night shift my meals are delayed everyday due to my shift and I'm a smoker.
