Dear lybrate-user considering your age your ideal blood pressure should be 120/80 mmhg the standard cut off value 135/85 before starting medication measure your blood pressure for 3 to 4 days on same time and record your readings. Then only we can decide about medication. You can send ecg n echo report so that I can advice appropriately Your weight is also need to be considered and your stress and diet part needs attention Hope you understand my concern Regards.
