How to reduce belly fats? I have a typical kind of belly. I have all the fats in the middle of the lower abdomen. And in the side it is normal. I want to get it uniform. How should I get that?

The best way to reduce belly fat is by exercising at least for 1 hour everyday. Include ab exercise. Proper meals should be consumed at proper time. Do not skip meal as this will induce more hunger till your next meal and you would tend to eat double the amount then what is required. Include complex carbs like multi grain flour, oats, brown rice and protein from milk and dairy products, eggs, chicken, pulses.
