I am 67 years old. I am diabetic but under control with oral medication. My last Hb1Ac was 6.6 .My B.P is normal 75/85 -135/140. From last many years I observe the following. While taking the morning walk after walking about 600 meters and walking on a slope I start developing a burning sensation all over the chest. After continuing the same I get a feeling that some kind of substance is released from upper inside track of my nose .This continues for some time. After stopping for a minute and walking around 3 kms the sensation vanishes and I can climb without any burning sensation. The occurrence of such phenomenon is quite often and is predominant when the previous night dinner is spicy and late. The stress test also does not reveal any notable points. My lipid profile is always in limit.
