Dear Lybrateuser, - Follow some tips for good sound sleep at night: - keep active & busy throughout the day, do not nap for 15-20 min in the afternoon if you have to do so - avoid tea, coffee after 4 in the evening as caffeine can interfere with sleep - have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - do some exercise like walking, yoga in the day - take a shower before bedtime - avoid watching a gadget screen like TV, mobile or computer at least 1-2 hrs before sleep time - read or listen to light music before going to sleep - your bedroom should be soundless, without direct light & have can ambient temperature as a warm or cold room can disturb & wake you up from sleep - have a glass of warm milk as of can be sleep inducing - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.
