Hello doctor, how to find the symptoms of urinary track infection .prefer me some tablets antibiotics to treat UTI. Because I have a doubt that I may have it after I used public toilets in an movie theatre. I have a doubt that I am having UTI. Hello, symptoms of urinary infection can be fever, urine burning sensation, going not number of times for urination, blood or pus in urine, lower abdominal pain and in elderly people it can present as nausea, disorientation, poor appetite and so on. If you think you are having urine infection, you need to give a urine sample for complete urine examination and culture test. Depending on the results your doctor can treat you. Please drink lot of fluids such as water or coconut water until then. Please do not use antibiotics yet unless the investigations show that you have a urinary infection or the consulting doctor thinks that you need antibiotics straight away.
