Hello, From the last few days I am suffering from bloating. I am having dalia as dinner from last 4 days, pomegranate in afternoon and chapathi dal subji in lunch. I am not eating any food from outside, drinking water properly, at night I have half spoon full of triphala churn. Morning motion is not clear, and every time I feel heaviness in stomach. Please suggest me what to eat and which medicine will work. In next 5 days I ll be getting married and going to some other place.
