I am 32 year old unmarried girl. I am having pain in my both feet. My uric acid test is 8.5. My CRP Quantitative test is 0.90 and ESR is 60. RA factor is negative. I am having pain in ankles also. My feet bones are hard when I get up in morning. I can not walk properly sometimes l limp. Is I am having rheumatoid or arthritis? Please tell me what is the problem with me. Please advise me.

Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
