Hi lybrate-user Looks like you have pain in back because of long sitting hours Start taking the following precautions Change your posture frequently Get up from chair every 25/30 mins Sit with back properly supported Use a foot rest Start lying on your stomach at home Watch for 2 weeks If the pain still persists then go and consult a physiotherapist nearby and take treatment and learn back strengthening exercise.
