My left side of the lower back is paining a lot. The pain started yesterday and since then I'm not even able to sit. I'm a regular badminton player and so it might be due to over stretching of back muscle. So, what should I do to cure the pain.

It's might be due muscular or ligaments strain. Apply ice for 15 min for next two days and then hot fomentation after that followed by spine flexibility and extension exercise to mobilize the spine. Do isometric back exercise. If pain persist for next two days consult to nearby physiotherapist.
