My left side of the lower back is paining a lot. The pain started yesterday and since then I'm not even able to sit. I'm a regular badminton player and so it might be due to over stretching of back muscle. So, what should I do to cure the pain.

It's might be due muscular or ligaments strain. Apply ice for 15 min for next two days and then hot fomentation after that followed by spine flexibility and extension exercise to mobilize the spine. Do isometric back exercise. If pain persist for next two days consult to nearby physiotherapist.

Nothing wrong with you. Just calm down. Its your poor postural habits due to which you give excessive load over your lumbar vertebrae. You are young only 26 year old .you have poor posture habits due which your back muscle are become weak. Pain travel in leg is a sign of radiculopathy .its means your lumber vertebral disc may be compressed. Doctor suggest for MRI to evaluate the level of compression and severity of compression. On the basis of MRI report treatment plan is suggested. As per physiotherapy advice I suggest you to do hot fomentation at home and do MacKenzie exercise. But first consultant to orthopaedic physician for treatment plan.

Yesterday was my medical exam, my medical doctor say me that you have cubtical valgus bilateral. What does it mean?

MPT - Orthopedic Physiotherapy, BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist, Kota
Cubitus valgus: A deformity of the elbow resulting in an increased carrying angle (so that, with the arm extended at the side and the palm facing forward, the forearm and hand are held at greater than 15 degrees). Cubitus valgus can be due to a congenital malformation, as in Turner syndrome and Noonan syndrome, or be due to a fracture. Cubitus is the Latin word for elbow and valgus means angled outward.

Osteopytes at c5 c6 is the sign of degeneration. It means your cervical vertebrae are degenerate. Its due to ageing or due to unusable use of neck .you should correct your posture, do regular mobility exercise and stretching exercise of neck. If you have some other symptoms like numbness and tingling sensation in shoulder ,hand and finger then you required MRI. But MRI is not a treatment is just a diagnosis. Treatment of this problems in allopathy is given by orthopedician and physiotherapist. Orthopedician pricribes you some NSAID and calcium supplement ,in physiotherapy you start your neck mobility and strengthening exercise. If you have more sever pain which is unbearable then visit to nearby physiotherapy clinic. They evaluate you and give manual therapy and electrotherapy treatment. For more detail plan for consultation.
