Is there any family history of r. A? you started your pain from right knee which doesn't seem to be the pain from r. A? still if you suspect, must have a blood test done. Also burn 50gms garlic and 50 gm ajwain in 250 ml of til oil. Filter it and daily massage your knee with it for 10-15mins, if there is no swelling. If pain is severe, take some ayurveda treatment.
