I have had PILES problems ever since my pregnancy. When the water consumption is low (<2 lits) I have the incidents of terrible pain while passing stools. I generally pass stools twice a day and have acidity issues. In my last incident of piles (i have external piles and anal fissures are visible outside) It was as usual painful and there was a rectal bleeding. I have been passing bloody stools in the last 7 days and Never have I had such prolonged bleeding in piles incidents. I fear that I might have rectal cancer. Can you advice and let me know the next course of action.

Probably it is the anal fissure that is troubling you. Try applying an ointment called ANORELIEF twice daily, specially before going for passing stool. Start with Hot sitz bath, laxatives if you have constipation. You will be definitely better.
