Actually I don't feel appetite and as a result I am not able to gain wait .I am very prone to illness and I get tired easily .I need a diet plan to gain healthy weight and increase stamina.

You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Hi, Eat Small meals , they are easier to eat than big ones. Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc Eat More Protein, Go Liquid , and do regular exercise/ walking for building stamina.
