Let me tell you childhood history of a ball hitting chest wall has nothing to do with the present symptom & sign of a breast lump. That history is incidental only. However, pt should be examined thoroughly by a general surgeon. It?s size/shape/consistency/ mobility with overlying skin & fixity with underlying structures/ condion of nipple/ condition of overlying skin/ should be examined. Both axiilae also needs to be examined. FNAC of lump in rt breast to be done. If benign, lumpectomy & mlignant then removal of whole breast along with axillary clearence (MRM with axillary clearance) to be done. Further treatment depends on detailed biopsy report with IHC REPORT.

Child hood trauma usually does not lead to any black mark at this age. Better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine her and if needed ask for an ultrasound. He needs to rule out sebaceous cyst and melanoma particularly. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
