Reason for accumulation is improper brushing habbit. For the same you need to under go Scaling (Professional cleaning) and stop using soft tooth brush always use medium tooth brush. Visit your dentist or Search for a Periodontist (Gum Specialist) near your vicinity he will do the need full. And ask your dentist for proper brushing technique.
