Go for histopathological examination. First identify your disease. Arbitrarily medication won't help you.

As no clinical image is there It might be caused due autoimmune disorder. Avoid that drug and go for histopathological examination.

Only brushing is not sufficient for you. Go for scaling first and then with proper antibiotic and toothpaste will vanish your problem.
