Hlo sir. Sir I am suffering from lower back problem. I am suffering from last one year. I had tried to pick more weight in my daily activities. Then a sudden sound heard by me. After sometime I made a checkup in a hospital and did an x- ray but I didn't get anything. Could you please give me some suggestion to move from this back (disc) problem.
