Hi Healthy eating: Eat your breakfast when you are hungry. Have a good breakfast like chickpea/ rajma boiled and a fruit Eat nuts as your snack For lunch, reduce your carbohydrates and have a protein rich meal with good fats- eg- Egg boiled, Spinach Lentil soup, Apple Dinner- Have it 3 hours before bedtime. Have a light dinner like a salad- eg- Rajma salad- Rajma with chopped cucumbers and pomegranate Exercise: Walking 30 minutes everyday Strengthening exercise 3 days a week Eat a handful of nuts everyday.
