I need to reduce my weight and keep my body in good shape My face, neck tummy and thighs are most problematic parts to see especially my nose and cheeks.

You need to control your food intake. Avoid eating any processed or packed food, limit intake of milk products and white sugar & maida containing foods. Your >50% food intake must be of fruits, salads, sprouts, nuts & seeds etc. Do 30 mins of cardio exercise in the morning. All the best!
