I'm a 22 year old male. Just two days back I was experiencing slight dizziness and slight fatigue. It has stopped now. Today, as of 30th may 2018, I started to drink quite a lot of water than usual, emptying 2 litres in just 3 hours. I asked my mother about this and she said that it could be an issue of prediabetes but apart from drinking too much water, I didn't face any problem at all. I also came to know that the dizziness and fatigue caused were because of lack of sleep and stressful lifestyle. If my mother is correct, do I have prediabetes? What must I do to avoid it if I have it?
