I have been suffering anxiety disorder and panic disorder since 2014, October. Now I'm taking paxotus 25g and BETACAP 10 mg as directed by doctor for three months. Now I stopped taking these as 3-months completed. Now I feel some effect like dizziness, nausea, anxious, strange sensation etc. Please advise.

The anxiety symptoms are slowly recurring back, consult a psychiatrist and take medications based on current symptoms. Do not stop anxiety medications on your own. All the best.

Hello, The abrupt discontinuance of paxotus which contains paroxetine can cause withdrawal syndrome. Withdrawal symptoms include dizziness, weakness, nausea, headache, anxiety, insomnia, poor concentration, paresthesias, and migraine-like symptoms. If its bothersome than you need treatment otherwise it usually resolves by 3 -4 weeks.
