Sir actually I have lifted weight about 30 kg and now I am having some pain at lower back of my shoulder. Also when I rotate my arms the pain starts?

Shoulder & Scapular Injuries are Common during Weight Exercises. U may have to avoid your exercises for few days and Start Physiotherapy Treatment for it. your Treatment will include Swd, Tens, US, Some Shoulder Exercises etc. In few sessions you will feel good. Good Wishes.
