My body weight is only 48-49 and I so slim. My bone looks clearly I want to gain my weight.

Include more of protein foods in your diet like dry fruits, non veg - boiled egg, chicken and fish, pulses - rajmah, cholae, moong sprouts etc, commercial protein powders like ensure or proteinX. Have atleast 2 bananas per day and 500 ml of milk and milk products.
