Include more of protein foods in your diet like dry fruits, non veg - boiled egg, chicken and fish, pulses - rajmah, cholae, moong sprouts etc, commercial protein powders like ensure or proteinX. Have atleast 2 bananas per day and 500 ml of milk and milk products.

FOODS FOR ANAEMIA: 1. Include more of green leafy vegetables in the diet 2. Add ragi flour in idly, dosa and capathis 3. Use drumsticks leaves and curry leaves powder 4. Take puffed rice or rice flakes as snacks.

I have been eating street food a lot lately and I feel this has disturbed my stomach a bit more than usual. I need rush to the washroom after every meal, and if it's a spicy one then I end up going 2 to 3 times after that meal. I feel like having stomach convulsions. Requesting to prescribe fast action medicine.

Nausea - 10 Foods That Help You Treat It!

Nausea can result from a variety of reasons. While the most cases arise from a hangover, it can also be a result of cancer treatment, patients fresh out of surgery and such other instances. A great degree of environmental changes is necessary such as keeping a cool temperature in the room or staying away from nausea triggering smell. Food also plays great strokes in curbing nausea. Here is a list of 10 best foods that helps to fight nausea:

  1. Apple: Fruits with high fiber content goes a long way in eradicating chemicals that are responsible for causing nausea. Apple is definitely one of them. Consumption of a whole apple can ensure that nausea can’t set in.
  2. Crackers: Crackers such as toast, saltines and bread helps the stomach to settle down and effectively absorbs the acid from the stomach. Keeping a few crackers close to the bed or office bag can come real handy in fighting nausea.
  3. Lemon: Lemons are a great agent that effectively blocks nausea and fight morning sickness. This can be consumed along with food, drink in the form of juice or simply sucking on it. Not to mention they are a great source of vitamin C.
  4. Ginger: Ginger is a jack of all trade and master of many. Apart from its enormous nutritional value, it helps a person to fight nausea. This is recommended by Doctors for a patient undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. They can be consumed along with tea, in food or as a whole.
  5. Water: Although water may not be a preferred choice for many during nausea, but it is one of the best agents to fight nausea. It not only keeps the body hydrated but negates acid formation in the stomach. Small sips of water after every half an hour can pay rich dividends in fighting nausea.
  6. Nuts: At times the body suffers from nausea due to lack of protein and nuts contain plenty of them. Even peanut better will serve the same purpose. They ensure that the body is at the threshold of the energy level and keep nausea at bay.
  7. Chicken broth: The Chicken broth is known to help individuals who have a tendency of suffering from nausea. Since broth is prepared of bouillon cubes, they greatly help in absorbing acid from the stomach.
  8. Banana: Bananas are a great source of potassium which becomes essential in cases when a patient is suffering from diseases such as diarrhea. Due to their heavy sugar content banana effectively fights nausea.
  9. Mint: Mint is refreshing for people at any state of mint. Simply chewing a mint leave or preparing a glass of juice from mint can effectively fight nausea.

You can take but remember that no single food or drink will help you to loose weight, along with taking slim tea, follow regular exercise pattern, low fat diet.

Hiee. I am 27. I am facing problem loosing weight. Also I am taking facial laser hair removal treatment. So I had a mesh of hair on my sideburns. Chin.and upper lip. I am not taking any medications. But I am very stressed about my obesity. I had done gymming. But as soon as I leave it shoots back. Recently I was doing zumba plus power yoga. But right know I have taken a break. And it all came back. Also.i get bored veriee easily. I think something is wrong with my diet. I need a good diet plan. N guidance to loose weight. Currently I weigh 87 n I am 5'5"

As per your height and weight your BMI is 32.0 that is you come under obese grade 1, but do not get disappoint with proper exercise for minimum 30 - 45 minutes daily, start of with an activity which you can do for a long time and a healthy eating pattern your can definitely loose weight. But before that try to check your thyroid levels. Coming to the dietary pattern take small and frequent meals instead of 3 major meals, replace refined products like maida, white rice etc with whole cereals like brown rice and whole wheat flours and oats. Include more of fiber rich foods like raw vegetables and fruits. Avoid excess oil/fat consumption, deep fried foods, sweets and bakery items. All the best.

Quality of food is more important than quantity, include more of protein rich foods in your diet, if you are a non vegetarian you can take 2 eggs daily along with chicken or fish twice or thrice a week, or if you are a non vegetarian, try to include more of whole pulses such as rajmah, cholae etc in your diet along with paneer. At the same time you can include dry fruits, 2 bananas and at least 500 ml milk per day.

As per your age you need to be 45 kg. Include more of protein rich foods in your diet, if you are a non vegetarian have two eggs per day along with chicken or fish 2 - 3 times a week, if you are a vegetarian then you need to include more of whole pulses like rajmah, cholae along with paneer, have 2 bananas per day and minimum 500 ml of milk and milk products per day, at the same time it is important to follow a regular exercise regimen and always maintain proper meal timings.

Avoid tamarind, thick dhals, spicy foods, chocolate, fried foods, alcohol, caffeine, carbonated drinks, Be careful with fiber, too much of it sometimes leads to gas and bloating. Include oat bran, barley, the flesh of fruit. Always maintain proper meal timings.
