Hi docs, My breakfast contains, 5 blackberries, 5 strawberries, 5 red grapes, 5 cherries, 100gms tomato (stir fried in coconut oil for 5-10 min. For more lycopene, 1 cup curd for protein, 1 tablespoon cold pressed virgin coconut oil for fat. Just wanted to check whether I'm having in a right quantity and right breakfast or not. Thank you.

Hello I think you are on Right track. But you can try to include smoothies, puddings e. G chis seed puddings, egg, poha, upma, sprouted moon dal chilla in your breakfast also. And for protein source you can include beans, nuts, sprouted chat, I hope this info helpful for you.
