I want to gain weight with natural ways and bodybuilder .but I have very weak digestion and most of days foods will indigestion and I have to go. tried zandu pancharishta but no results, I play and do gym and after that I have low digestion, I avoid sugar and salty foods even no smoking or drinking .I want to gain weight. I need a proper diet chart appx. 3100 calories and no dairy products as I feel bloated after it. Diet chart will be according to days and it include travel diet plan also. I need a chart not the tips .so anyone help me. I have taking thyronorm 50 mcg and folvite. Please help.
