To gain weight you should consume calorie and protein dense foods like banana, dates, besan, sweet milk preparations like kheer, milkshakes and custard. Avoid junk and aerated drink as they are just empty calories and do not contribute to any nutrition. Do half an hour of strength exercises like sit ups, jumping jacks and push ups to strengthen your muscles.
