Hello, My U/S Upper Abdomen reveals: 1) Heterogeneous lesion in Caudate Lobe. 2) Attenuated Left Portal Vein. 3) Parenchymal Liver Disease. 4) Splenomegaly. My Liver function Blood tests are normal. HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C are negative. Fibroscan is Normal with Liver Stiffness 4.7 KPa. Serum LDH is normal with measurement 152 U/L. Smear Blood Cell Counts are Normal in Range & Appearance. No Parasites. Please suggest me the treatment of this problem. Also Kindly advice that shall I continue taking following medicines with this condition. 1) Thyronorm 50 -O.D. In morning before breakfast. 2) Takes Paracetamol 650 occasionally when there is headache sometimes. 3) Any dietary restrictions?
