My Serum Cholesterol level is -281 mg/dl, Triglyceride Serum is-206 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol is-38 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol is_--215.8 mg/dl and VLDL is-41.2 mg/dl. I have all test done from vellore HOSPITAL but I consult with Vellore MD doctor and he don't suggested any medicine for me. Please tell me, Have I need any medicine now?

You can reduce cholesterol levels naturally. Avoid non-veg / eggs / milk foods as they contain direct cholesterol. Also restrict fried and oily foods. Have 1 serving of fruits and 1 of salads every day. Do 30 mins of brisk walk daily.
