My bp when checked is 160/90, pulse 80. I am 35 years old male for this I am taking aconite 30, Allen's hypervis and Lord's cholesterol drops. My problem is for dizziness feeling and body weakness. The doses I have taken are hypervis 20 drops two times, aconite 6 tablets twice daily and cholesterol drops 20 drops twice daily. 3 days have to gone but now I experience slight back of neck pain that goes here and there and then goes and hot feeling on both ears. What might be my problem. Is it due to the BP or side effects of the medicine. Will my BP remain same or decrease on 3 days of taking medicine.

Try to avoid many medicines at a time. You should also start exercising everyday and eat healthy food. Lifestyle changes are also necessary to bring back normalcy. Get yourself checked (physical examination and do some of basic tests like CBC, ESR, blood sugar, urine routine, thyroid profile etc . You can also focus on eating the right things while avoiding junk food (avoid all types of outside food including juices and beverages which may use salt and other additives ). Have seasonal fruits and vegetables everyday. Read from the internet and adapt the healthy habits. Learn Yoga and pranayam which can make you feel better and rejuvenate your system. Please revert after that. You can also start regular antihypertensive agents (let the doctor prescribe it) if the BP does not get controlled with diet and exercise. You can contact me if needed.
