Cbc Pam 500Mg Injection belongs to the oximes family of compounds. It is used as an antidote that battles poisoning caused by organophosphates, mostly found in pesticides.
The most important function of Cbc Pam 500Mg Injection is to activate and release cholinesterase, usually near the Central Nervous System, and thus regenerating the functional enzyme that has been blocked by phosphorylation. This kind of poisoning is mostly caused by an organophosphate pesticide, or any other related compounds. The chemical reactions act as a counteragent for certain organophosphates, and turn them to a non-reacting form.
The Cbc Pam 500Mg Injection is an effectual drug in relieving critically affected paralysis of the respiratory muscles. It is also a remedy for other various intramuscular disorders, bronchospasm, and excessive salivation. The drug is mostly injected into an intramuscular site causing mild pain in the injected region.
The Cbc Pam 500Mg Injection may also have certain adverse side effects such as blurred vision, dizziness , drowsiness, high blood pressure, weakness of joints and muscles, hyperventilation, nausea and vomiting. However in case the symptoms persist or turn severe, it is wise to immediately consult a medical expert rather than discontinuing the drug dose without proper advice.
Pregnant women and nursing mothers should preferably not be subjected to this drug.

Styloid process enlargement causing pain is a rare problem called Eagle's syndrome or stylalgia.
Symptoms include foreign body sensation in throat, pain during swallowing or neck movement .
On palpation of the tosillar fossa of the affected side there is pain.
Generally stylalgia occurs due to compression of the sympathetic nerve bundle around the carotid vessels by the enlarged Styloid process or calcified Stylohyoid ligament.
You will need to get an orthopantomography done? That's an xray of your mandible, maxillary, teeth which also shows the Styloid process. We measure the length of Styloid process and if it's causing pain it's generally equal to or more than 20mm.
Confirmation of diagnosis may be done by intra oral lignocaine injection before going for surgery which is the most recommended treatment in case of confirmed Stylalgia. A CT scan is a good tool preoperatively for a good estimate of size ,angulation and relation of the Styloid process with other structures.Depending on position a tonsillectomy may be needed to approach the Styloid process intra operatively.
