I am 18 year old girl my face skin is very dark and dull than my body skin and also have a dark patches around the mouth it increases when I expose to sun. Sunscreen also doesn't work.

Dear lybrate-user, For a glowing skin you need to have a heathy body. You have to be cautious about your diet, 1.avoid spicy, oily food 2.take plenty of water- at least 3 litres a day. 3.take fresh fruits. 4. Keep your body hydrated. 5. Take mahamanjistharista 4tsf twice daily with equal water. 6. Apply ubtan of besan, haldi and milk twice a week.
