I am a 24 years female. I have backache from last 1 yrs. I have to work in computer. .I feel so pained sometimes and feel unable to work. .and very rare when I don't work in computer I also feel pained. I used pain relief spray like volini. When I used volini I feel better. .after some time again it starts. What should I do?
