I want to make my breast a little small is there any cream or medicine which can help me with this.

Breast consists of breast tissue and fat. The genetic make up of each person determines the size of the breasts. The breast tissue is responsive to the hormonal stimulus, hence there is increase in the size of breast during pregnancy, lactating, premenstrual period, due to OC Pills and HRT. The progesterone temporarily increases the breast size and has protective effect on breast cancer as seen with pregnancy. Estrogen has lasting effects on the breast tissue but also increases density of breast which not only increases the risk of cancer but also causes difficulty in detecting the breast cancers by mammogram. If the fatty component of the breast is more, there would be decrease in size of the breast with weight loss. If it’s more of Breast tissue, then post menopause there might be a reduction in the size of the breast. But if significant change in size, it leads to pros is of the breast. If you want significant decrease in size the options are mastopexy I.e. Breast upliftment. If decrease in size aswell as upliftment is needed, then wise pattern reduction mammoplasty may be needed. Breast reduction and lifting surgery will reduce the size and tighten them. This is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years. To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to increase or reduce the breast size. It is a day care procedure and you are discharge in a very short time from the hospital and it brings about an instant change in breast size and self esteem. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication to give the results No creams or pills actually work except psychologically. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc.
