Which protien is good for gym lovers whey protien or isolate protien? I am also consume natural protien by eggs and milk. Cereals. But for completing my daily target of protien I have to choose one of them .so please suggest me from and from isolate.

Botha are ok. Some might have dairy allergy - those should avoid dairy. Natural food source is always superior. After a workout ,have a good meal which helps with muscle building.
