Hi My name is .Durga (34 yrs) recently I have taken ECG CONCLUSION IS: sinus mode tachycardia, longitudinal left axis deviation. I have thyroid problem using 50 mg tablet.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Since you have hypothyroidism, unless that condition is well controlled there will be bradicardia (slow heart rate). You have mentioned the dosage of thyroxine, but TSH value (recent or current) is not given, so difficult to comment. Axis deviation is not such a serious problem. Thanks.
