I am diabetic for 5 years now. I started with glycomet 500 sr 2 times and due to my sedentary lifestyle I was put on istamet 50/1000. Now I am walking regularly and also do conscious eating. I checked my sugar in morning many times around 6: 30 which was around 9 hrs after dinner and comes to around 140-150. I go for walk and gym from 6: 30 to 7: 30 and I check sugar again but its lowered by just 5-10 points. I am worried why the sugar levels do not go down after exercising. Moreover then I do a PP check at around 11 am i.e 2 hrs after breakfast and sugar is 125-140 which seems ok. Any specific changes I need tondo in my dinner.

There is no need to check blood sugar so many times in a day. Reduce calory intake in dinner, take more fibres like salad.
