Hi lybrate-user you didn't say reason for disturb sleep. There are several reasons for it. Like you are tensed, stressed, or exam fear etc. My advice is try to maintain regular routine. Try to wake up and sleep every day at fix time. If you prefer to read early morning than wake up every day. Don't do haffazard schedule like today you wake up at 6 and tomorrow you wake up at 9. Fix timing for everything. Try to eat homemade food. If you drink too much tea or coffee than reduce it. Try to drink milk at night before going to bed.
